Zac Efron, Rumer Willis, Ryan Rottman and frieds attended Dillon's Irish Pub in Hollywood and ordered a total of 7 Kamikaze shots, 8 or 9 mixed drinks and 3 - 4 beers, reports TMZ. Zac and Ryan both left at 9:30 separately.
By 9:45, Ryan was in police custody & apparently was 'hammered'. When Zac's rep was asked if the actor urged his friend to take a taxi they did not repond. WHO'S FAULT WAS IT?!
